98 civic (obd1 or obd2 gsr swap)??
Okay my car is a 1998 honda civic dx?
I thought if I replaced everything I could go Obd1?
My brother is telling me to go obd2?
Anyone have any experience with these motors into the civic please pm me.
I just though as long as everything was Obd1 or everything was obd2 it would plug and play?

Your 98 chassis is OBDII so I would try and get an OBDII swap to put in it. And because your's is an EX it's wired for Vtec and if you wanted to get your new swap Reffed (are you in California?) OBDII might be a little harder to find but it'll be worth it when your done.

converting it to obd2 is easier but if u plan to get it Legal (california) it is much harder bcuz you got to get the readiness monitors ALL set to ready

No i live in alabama no car laws just wondering cause I found an obd1 gsr for 1000 for motor and trans 
guess im still looking and mines a Dx so how would i do vtec?
