getting jdm h22a to pass ref/smog in nor cal
i have a auto 90 accord with a 97 jdm h22 and i want to get it ref'd.just looking to get some info on this i want to pass the inspection and smog.any information will be great thanks

i believe the issue with state ref right now is that you still can not pass jdm motors but im not to sure just do a little searching in northern cali and GDD of honda tech and you'll find things out

actually u can get it to pass .. get it restamped cus all they are doin now days is looking at it and saying pas or fail its all apearance now .. 
make it look stock .. lol
