Default thump noise on passenger side

Everytime i make a really hard u-turn to the left i get this thump or when i revers going at a angle than move forward.

It only happen here and there not all the time.

Motor mount are good but bottom two side are crap, ball joint seem to be good because it doesn't squeak or show sign of grease gushing out, swaybar is tight on.

Wtf can it be?

my steering wheel does shake at idle so I assume motor mount is going bad but it seem to be good.

Could be bad mounts, could also be a bad shock/strut.
