Default POOR MANS TYPE R TIMING COVERS

IF RUN A B16 HEAD ON A GSR BOTTEM END, WHAT TIMING COVERS DO I NEED TO FIT CORRECTLY?

I believe he is...

You can use a P72 lower timing belt cover. Assuming you're using your stock GSR/ITR oil pump. If you're using a B16 oil pump for some reason, you'll have to use a PR3 lower cover. You can use a B16 upper timing cover with the P72 or PR3 lower cover.
