will i bought a 92 vigor about a week ago and its been having braking problem where i push on the brake padel and its hard like a rock and it doesnt brake. i was took it had a bad brake booster so i got a new one and i bleed all calipars what could it be

 

How are the pads and rotors?...sometimes aftermarket replacement parts cause that...like 10 dollar brake pads.
