Get a throttle body from an OBD1 B-series (LS or GSR - both 60mm). These have the FITV that bolts under the throttle body.

The FITV does not have any wiring. It is a mechanical device that raises cold idle and once the car warms up, it closes and does not affect idle in any way.

The IACV on the other hand, attaches to the back of the manifold. It adjusts air bypassing the TB to regulate idle all the time. It has wiring and is controlled by the ECU.
