Default enjine transplant problems(please help)

hello there everyone, well i dont know where to start maybe a little intro of myself, I found this forum by chance on google and joined few days ago. I'm from malaysia and recently just acquire a jdm ef8 halfcut, my ride is an ef hatchback ed6 chasis running on d15b3(the engine is dead). ok well i guess thats all for now.

so yesterday me and my mechanic started work on dismantling the b16a for cleaning and overhaul purpose, once we took out the piston from the block, we noticed that the piston wall( i'm not sure what it's actual name, it's the place where you put in the piston) is not even, the wall has 2 shape. mechanic said it's probably previous owner didnt took care of the engine oil and resulting in uneven piston wall. the upper part was probably 81.5mm now while the bottom is 81mm.

so he suggested me to trim the piston wall to make it even but the problem is, is there any aftermarket piston for b16a that are 82mm or 83mm in size? if there is please do tell me... i know i can get a b20b or b18c block, but it's illegal in here and can't pass the road transport department examination(the law here require every car that did engine transplant to go thru the examination and proven road worthy before they give their approval). h22 & k20 cost a bomb here and it's not legal to be fitted in an ef, even the b16a cost around 1700 USD ~ 2000 USD over here...

thats all for now, i dont know what other problem there will be when i continue to dismantle the b16
