clutch replacement
There are other threads that cover this topic, but from what I remember:
Gripforce F1 Racing Clutches and Flywheels = OK. I have a set and several others have also had good experience with them.
XTD / XTR = poor reviews.
Exedy = Generally positive reviews. I would probably go with them for an OE replacement.
Fidanza = Good reviews for their flywheels. Aluminum is lighter, and they have a replaceable friction surface.
Those are the bulk of the ebay clutches. You can get the pricier clutches from clutchmasters and others, but I have no real experience with them.
The Stage 1 / 2 /3 business are just labels placed on different clutch material and clamping force. There is little reason to go with a stage 2+ if you are running near stock torque mostly on the street. Higher clamping force will wear out your thrust bearings faster. Higher stage clutch material tends to wear out faster and wear into flywheels faster.
There is a lot of reading material on clutch technology. Maybe someone can chime in with a good link to more info.

With the clutch being such a PITA to replace, especially for SH owners, I don't recommend going cheap cheap. Exedy OEM or Exedy Stage 1 gets my vote for stock or near-stock Hondas. I also vote for the ACT 12lb flywheel.
Stage 1/2/3 are vague. Only ACT (that I've seen) actually breaks it down with hp/torque ranges for each. The other companies just slap it on there because of ricers.
"I've got a stage 3 clutch in my stock civic. I'm ready for some street racing now."
