Default 97 Civic Motor

i lucked out and found a 97 civic 5 speed for really cheap. the only downfall the timing belt broke and it has two bent valves. The motor is a D16Y7 and i wondering what other motors i can find to drop in or do i need the same motor. I have a F22B2 sitting for a spare for my accord but im guessing it would be alot of work to drop that in the civic where im just looking at using it as an everyday driver. If any one has any info or suggestions on what i can do it would be appreciated thanks

if the rods aren't bent just do a mini me swap. they go for around 75-150 depending on your area.

Well the motor in the car still runs they put a new timing belt on it not thinking i guess it just has absolutely no power lol.. if you could get the car to do 100Km/h youd be doing good. what all is needed to do a mini me swap or what other heads could be put on?

Or is it costly to put new valves in?
