Default B18C JDM GSR swap into an EG5 hatch - Map, TPS problems - please help!

Hey guys, I'm new on Honda Tech but not new to Honda's or forums. I live in the UK and have recently completed swapping a JDM B18C GSR motor into my 1995 Civic ESi (UKDM EG5 D16Z6 as stock).

The problem is I've got three CEL's: tps, map sensor and electrical load detector. Now I have tried the obvious and swapped around the tps and map connectors but still the same. the car runs rough and I can smell petrol so I know it's overfuelling. I have also installed a Skunk2 Pro intake manifold and am wondering if this is the problem?

Just to let you know I took the full engine, loom and ECU from a daily driven Integra so I know everything should be working. I used the Integra everyday for a few months. I will take photo's of everything tomorrow so you guys can have a look and tell me if I've done anything wrong.

Thought I would also add I reused the TB gasket so wondering if there could be a vacuum leak however this would not cause CEL's would it? I unplugged both the TPS and MAP sensor connectors with the car started and idling however this did not make any difference in sound or running of the engine. What does this mean?

The sensors should both be ok as the motor was pulled from my daily driver Integra Si. I have tried swapping for another MAP sensor but still the same. I know ELD can be disabled when the ECU is tuned but what can I do about the TPS and Map?

Any help will be greatly appreciated
