So I am trying to switch some gears from my h23 to my f22. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the crank gears off? I removed the pully and there is a bigger gear on the outside after the pully and then behind that one there is a smaller gear that is snug up against the block. Should it just pop off? Or do I need to go from inside and get it off that way?

 

Should just slide off. Take out the woodruff key first.
