Allow me to share my latest project.


Total time 18 hours

Steps

Clay
Wash/oxidation block
Dried
Tape
Medium compound different Foam Pads/ Green/Yellow/White/Blue/Black via porter cable and at times with the high speed buffer.
Wash
Dried
Wet sanded entire front bumper
Wet sanded driver 1/4 panel
Wash
Dried
Medium compound different Foam Pads/ Green/Yellow/White/Blue/Black via porter cable and at times with the high speed buffer front bumper and 1/4 panel
Wash
Dried
Swirl remover
Polished wheels
Pre Wax
Wax with Polycharger
Wash
Dried
One more coat wax with Polycharger












Before Wet sanding










Done



Next the 1/4 panel

Already Prep



Done




Engine Deck as found







Done



Hood as found



After





Wheels polished



Car done

You may be able to see the original condition "as found" apparently the body shop never finished the front bumper correctly

i dont know if its the camera or what, but that color looks tough to deal with. great job

That's an excellent observation, it was a very very difficult color to deal wit, Is a rare color indeed, believe it or not they call it "Red" to me is "Brown" or more like a "Cooper' it's a factory BMW color very rare to see, mostly you will find it on the BMW M series and 7 series.
