so car was stolen on monday and just got it back last night, engine is missing, tranny , seats, speakers, seats, well just the shell is there. my question is what parts did they took off the fire wall? and also what would be a engine to put on? it had a b16a thanks

 

Sorry to hear that your car was stoles at least you got the shell back, did you have any security on it? Doesn't look like anything is missing from the firewall. The a/c lines are gone but that's about it. you can put any engine in there since you already had a b16 then you aren't going to want a d series but anything will fit b series, H series even J if you want to do the work.

Swap in a single cam and save some money then in the future you can boost it.

Since its your daily driver thats what I would do.

invest in better security.. dont be an idiot and throw in another high performance engine without any kind of insurance. You have to ask yourself, is it worth it? is it garaged kept? or is there a place I can really keep my eye on it? is there a chance its going to get stolen again?
