kay i listen to the radio alot but since i installed a sony xplode deck its not as good. so my first question is why is that??? did i not install it right??? and secondly how can i improve my reception??

Check the connections. What was in there before?

 

the stock one. it works fine and i get all the channels but its just a little bit more staic-e.
