Default Huge paint problem. Spiders/cracks and crazy runs

Alright guys this is the third car im painting and it turned into a nightmare. There are these spider cracks and runs everywhere. The paint wont stick to the car for ****. Even with light coats it will run. Im using Trinity Paint and spraying with a HVLP gun. What is causing this ****? Take a look..

This is after I sanded off everything..

did you clean the car really well with wax and grease remover?

did you mix the right ratio of paint to reducer

It looks like there some type of chemical reaction. Is the paint old? Is it mixed properly? and also what was the car prepped with?

your old paint is screwing up the new one.

here is what your going to have to do to fix it.

sand down the car again. and apply 2k primer and sand it down and paint it OR apply paint sealer and then paint the car again.

the reason its doing that is your new paint is biting into the old one. usually it has to do with the fact the amount of reducer or the type of paint that is existing or being applied is to strong.

Yeah its the primer that I used. I talked to the people who made the paint and they told me to sand the entire thing down and start again. It sucks but **** happends.
