1. My Radiator Fan does not work. I did the thermoswitch jump and it still wouldn't turn on, so that rules out the switch. The fan does work with it wired to the battery. I'm not trying to ghetto-rig it. Help me please. Also, I can't figure out where the relays on located.

2. My AC and Heater do not work. The climate control lights up. Is it the blower motor?

chances are you have a hole in one of the hard lines somewhere... when the ac is switched on does the compressor clutch engage?

 

for ur radiator fan problem you might have a loose connection or ur relay is out.... the relay is in the front should have a bracket that has two relays together . to check if ur relay is bad just swap the plugs to see if the fan turns on.

 

i have the same problem.. i have a 1999 prelude and both my fans nor my a/c compressor turn on... any help? im not sure where the relays are located neither

 

Go through the troubleshooting section in the service manual. That will help you solve your problem.
