I removed my fender today and notice that the metal under the fender is very dirty and has some rusting on it, I am worried because I plan on getting the car painted, should I remove my fenders and ask them to also paint the frame of the car as well? Or should I be ok? I will try and get some pics but I just put the fender on and dont really want to remove it again tonight.

 

Take off the fender plastics when they begin to paint it.

OP please take a picture because without a picture no one can determine how bad your rust situation is, and if it needs to be adressed or not

 

take fender off have them paint it itll get mor paint on it then with the liners off
