so i just got done putting a gsr block with b16 head with jdm b16 pistons in my car (2000 civic ex 4 door) and the only code i am throwing is p1381 and is say it is cyp or whatever and i check the resistance on the connector of the dizzy like i am supposed and it was in spec..i then checked for short to ground...all good there then went and did the same thing at the ecu plug...resistance good and short to ground was nope...soo i have no clue what to look at next i just want to get my car running please help me

 

anyone i habe no idea what to do

 

maybe the dizzy is bad is all the other plugs and such in the engine bay ie-knock sensor tps iac valve and all the other fun sensors then let me know

 

yea all the other sensors are plugged in and i dont think the dizzy is bad cause i tested it as i was supposed to and it came out fine...think it might be the ecu?
