Default noise when driving slowly

hey I'm on tein basics (barely a year old) and I'm hearing squishing/squeaking noises whenever I am going over speed bumps or driving extremely slowly on an uneven surface. With regular driving there is also no noise at all. I also recently cut parts of the OEM dust cover away and it didn't help much. I also tried greasing around the coilover/shock and it didnt help much either. I can hear the noise when I press on the rear of the car, pushing it up and down.
I'm not sure if I am getting it from both sides of the car or its somewhere in the middle, but I can hear it from both sides when I press on the rear of the car.

Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

heres a quick video of the noise when the car is on the ground and im bouncing the rear pretty up. any ideas on what this could be?
