Default Prelude stalling and rough idle..help please

Alright so my lude sat in a shop for about 9 months after I got in a little fender bender and decided to do full body work, paint and mods.

Well when I got it back it ran really rough with idle surge and the alternator wasn't charging. I got a new battery, new alternator and fixed the alternator ground. I am running a dc header, 2.5" collector, test pipe and RSR ex-mag cat back. I didn't have an o2 sensor when I got it back from the shop so I installed one on the b pipe of the header and it stopped the idle surge but I still have an exhaust leak from the bung in the test pipe for where my wide band will go once I get it. It also seems to be running really rich now.

The car sat for so long I figured the gas was bad. I only had less then a 1/4 tank when I left it at the shop so I filled the tank with premium and gas treatment. I also replaced the fuel filter and installed a walbro 255 before I left it at the shop for the 9 months.

The car is idling really rough, sounds like it's struggling to stay running. I have ran 2 tanks of gas through it now and the problem is getting worse. It will stall out at lights and take a few minutes to start back up. Upon start up it shot white smoke out of the bay today (first time smoking). Now it won't make it out of the drive way without stalling repeatedly.

I figured I would change the oil, plugs, fuel filter, wires, just do basic maintenance things and see if I can't get a bolt to plug the exhaust leak until I get my wide band.

Another thing I stalled yesterday and after starting back up I had no power at all. Half throttle in first I was only able to get up to about 5 mph. I parked it for 15 min. I started her back up and she ran fine (still idled rough but didn't stall) for the rest of the night.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

problem number one .. you let a shop install your mods. I understand the body work and paint, but am strongly against shops installing anything on your car that did not belong there from the beginning. (( unless ofcourse if it's a performance shop )). Anyways, start with a tune-up and go from there .. take it as a lesson learned I guess.
Also check timing.
