Default need help figuring out problem with friends car

my friend has a crx with a boosted ls swap that has some real problems, it is at a place called Hybrid Dynamics in PA, he had all kinds of problems, they changed engine harnesses, dizzy, ecu, injectors, did compression, and leak down tests, ect. and everything else they could think of but one of the cylinders keeps miss firing when not in boost, and they said they are all stumped and cant figure out what is going on. IT is miss firing, but they say that it is not throwing any codes? Any suggestions would be very helpful.

The people who are working on it are very experienced with hondas and all of them own multiple hondas. When in vacuum with no load on the motor it sputters and misses and only one cylinder seems to be making it run, but when it goes out of vacuum all the cylinders fire and it makes great power. They have tried everything they can think of and nothing seems to be helping, they are trying one last thing by running the distributor wires directly to the ecu I believe...
