Default throwing codes ecu

po 715, po 113, and po 700. i know that my vss turbine speedsensor is bad. can you fix thoes or do you simply need to replace? its a circut code, so does that mean the sensor is no good or is it the computer?

P0715 - ????
P0113 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Circuit High Voltage - the IAT line is shorted to battery or not plugged in correctly. (plugs swapped??)
P0700 Automatic Transmission Control System - could be anything with the trans.
