Icon2 Ticking Noise After An Oil Change

So two days ago i changed my oil with fresh royal purple 10-40, i dont know what kind of oil was in the engine because it was a swap, that was finished the week before, my engine was more quiet before i changed the oil and, when i first added the new oil into the engine and started it up it was ok then the enigne started shaking and and the idle drop and the engine was shaking and it sounded weird like the engine was about to die out, then i shut the engine off, then i started it back up then thats when the ticking started so any clues? and the ticking comes and goes?

I'm thinking oil change + ticking = coincidence.

For the dying, it kinda sounds like the timing belt jumped a tooth or more. That or a vacuum leak.

For the ticking, valve lash?
