My friend said that you could just put a Greddy Turbo kit in an Integra GS-R and it would be fine. Is this true or would it wreck your engine?

 

It will be just fine if you get all the parts and dont get boost hungry.

 

Any turbo kit should work fine including the Greddy, depends on who tunes it, and how built your engine is to handle the higher boost

 

don't get it; i don't htink you'd be able to maintain it without researchign a LOT more.

 

do some research man. if you cant answer that question on your own.. then obviously you dont know turbo.

Ya, were talking major wreckage here. No, but for real. Hang out in the Forced Induction forum for a while and you will learn a ton. Yes, you can just slap a greddy turbo on your GSR and you should be fine. If you start playing with stuff though, you need to get it tuned or else youll be buying a new block frequently. I wouldnt even recommend the Drag kit for you cuz it seems a little extreme in your case.
