90 Teg B18b swap wiring questions, UPDATED SEE 3rd post, shorter
So, I have been working on a project DA (1991 odb0, this is important later) for the Mrs DD. Scooped the car for 700 w a blown motor and a little bit of damage, but not too bad. Stripped everything that bolted to the car off (for the most part) and repainted. Engine bay and underside of hood are gloss black, the rest of the car is satin black aka John Deere Blitz Black (yes John Deere, its tractor paint lol). I am attempting to swap in a B18B (JDM & obd2) in to the vehicle. I am also converting this all to OBD1 for ease of tuning in the future.
I have searched and read x 1000000000, but cannot seem to locate any straight answers, tho I know a lot of people run this setup in their DA’s.
I have swapped quite a few SOHC’s in my EG, boosted them w Greddy Kits, wired in the E Manage, wired in my wideband, and went I went Crome wired all that crap in and datalogged etc, I am solidly getting pwned by this wiring on the Teggy, sigh.
That all said, I have a few wiring questions:
1. For the injectors, I know I need to bypass the resistor box if I am using the obd2 injectors, which I plan to as they are newer. To bypass this, what wires do I connect to what? The wires before the resistor box do not match the colors at the injector plugs.
Resistor Plug Colors
? Shiz, I didn’t write this part down, I think there were 4 white wires w diff color stripes on them and then 1 other wire, perhaps red I think? Shoulda been more prepared on this part, my bad!
Injector wire x2 colors
Red/blk - Yellow
Red/blk - Blue
Red/blk - Red
Red/blk – Brown
2. For the injector plugs, I know I have to swap the connectors, can someone verify that I just cut and splice them in , matching the Red/blk wire to the Yellow/blk wire, then just connecting the other color on each injector harness?
3. Anyone know of a diagram for obd2 alternator plug to obd0 alternator plug wiring so I can switch connectors and use the newer nicer Honda alternator that came w the engine? OBD0 has only 3 wires, obd2 has 4 wires.
4. Do have to mess w the sesors on the back of the block since I am converting to OBD1? There are 3 connectors near the oil filter / alternator area, and this part confuses the hell out of me. There is a green sensor (oil temp mb?) and then the oil pressure sensor (the single male connector sticking out the back of the block) on the back of the OG B18A1 that was in the car….now the engine harness has 2 FEMALE connectors right on that same part of the harness, but I cannot seem to figure out where the hell they were connected to, it’s a really short wire so it CANT be far from the back of the block. All the info I have read states there are 3 sensors on the back, I only see 2 though. Do I have to swap the sensor w the green connector over to the new motor, or do I not have to because I am obd1 now ?
Jesus, I am trippin, never had this many ??’s with a swap, im going Civic SOHC boost next time lolz. Kidding, I hope this post being as long as it is, isn’t confusing and I hope I am just not thinking about this all too much, it’s the wifes DD gotta make sure its proper.
Any help is appreciated.

what wiring do I need to mess with when swapping a b18b obd2 into an odb0 car, if I am converting to OBD1?
