Hey all, this just happen recently. Normally I would get 235-250 miles for every 10-10.5gals rated 91. I was out of town for two weeks, and my dad did start up the car, move from one parking spot to another and that is about it. When I got back and drive around, at the end, I noticed that i only ended up with 200miles for the 10.5gals. I refilled, added the fuel injector cleaner thing, and it still the same.
I changed oil ~500 miles ago, new spark plugs around 3000 miles. There was no code or anything. Only mod is Injen sri. The power is weak but that is like that even this poor gas mileage problem. Anyone got any idea?

 

stay away from fuel injector cleaners. i had one eat away at my catalyst.

if you must use one i hear great things about bg44k. I believe that is the spelling. honda uses them at their dealers.

 

O2 sensor??? you getting a CEL?

 

Yeah, I use the injector cleaners once in a blue moon so yeah hahaha...My O2 sensor changed 2 years ago, so I hope it still good. I'm not getting any cel.

 

How much weight did you gain in those two weeks?

You know the tank holds 16 gallons, right? Why are you refilling at 10?

 

Are they all bad? I've used the STP one once after i just picked up the car used. Don't wanna run into a bad situation down the road though.

 

I lost weight during those two weeks lol, and I have a 95 honda accord, sorry should've mention that. I don't think the tank is more than 13 gals.
