Default H23 burning oil

Hey ht member, I have a 95 lude and just got
done rebuilding the block. I put a used head on it because my orginal had bent valves. But I keep burning oil. About a quart 10 to 14 days. I'm a delivery driver so it foes kinda fast. Well I thought maybe one of the rings didn't seat right but after doing a comp test I had 225 straight across. So this leads me to believe that the oil is being lost through my used head at the valve steam guides seals, which were not replaced. So that's what I am thinking I need to replace.

Some s/s:
- about 3300 rpm I can start to see smoke out my back window.
- friends said when he was following me he could see some white smoke come out of the tail pipe.
- car now has about 4,000 miles on it after rebuild.
- no oil leaks or water
- burns oil

so my best guess is the valve steam seals. Anyone else think that or have a different idea? If not I'll take it apart and replace them.

Thanks a lot,

Andrew
