Default Bleeding my clutch

tried to bleed my clutch this morning, i bled it worked fine for like a couple minutes, it got soft again would come back up, i dont think is leaking but it has to be cause of the fluid so low, unless it squirts it out during the bleeding but ive filling it up, and it goes to low again and the clutch pedal is soft as hell, any ideas would be appreciated

didn't tighten down the bleeder far enough, OR slave cylinder or master cylinder is leaking.

slave, pull the rubber boot and look for wetness
master, check for leaks inside the car
