Default chipped p28 gsr map with blown transistor

im running a gsr map on a b18c swapped ek with bolt ons

vtec is suppose to be at 5185

but its kicking in around 4800/4900

i also have no 2step
which is suppose to be at 4k

could be the blown transistor messing up my settings?

*cough*that would be a transistor, Q31, sits close to the plugs

can be had here--> http://www.xenocron.com/xenocron-q31...tor-p-335.html

OR switch the IAT and EVAP plugs so they are correct and ignore the blown part... if you don't care about EVAP system.

will hold final judgment till we see pics.

right
i've checked the plugs
they seem to be in the right place
i pulled them off and started the car
no cel light
strange

transistor must of blew cos i didnt bridge wire pin a4 to d6 'sky wire'
since my b18c has no vtec pressure switch
first time starting up after swap
no vtec
rev limit 6.5k
cel light

see my post on PGMFI

the reason... see the original link I posted... http://forum.pgmfi.org/viewtopic.php...=15480&p=98701

the car will run ok, but it will run rich (ie your flames, pops, poor mpg) it does this because the resistance of the purge valve is the same as the IATs reading of 20-30*F, which adds quite a bit of fuel.

shorting the VTEC soilenoid output to the oil pressure switch input ("skywire") will not blow anything, nor will not having it shorted blow anything.

when i first started the the motor first time
the cel light came on
rev limit 6.5k

so it was in limp mode?

after a day
i did the sky wire trick

no i have vtec

i tried swapping the iat and evap plugs round
but 1 wire doesn't even reach that far

depending on what's in that chip, the 6500 rev limiter could have been launch control, could have been a wrong rev limiter set in the chip and it could have been something going wrong with the ECU.
limp mode has a 3000 rev limiter and the car will barely idle.

shorting the VTEC solenoid output to the oil pressure input has nothing to do with this part.

which wiring harness are you using? I can give you wire colors to the plugs and you can match up the plugs that way.

...i dont have 2 step either. maybe this will help me and others
i ditched the evap dealy. the charcaol canistor and lines.
so the evap plug is unplugged and the iat is plugged in. half tuned but no 2 step
could i have these 2 plugs wrong? well what color wires are the iat and evap plug?
edit* obd1 car and motor
