Default quick question regarding timing belt tension

i did the valve adjustment on my b18b1 today, its a new car i just purchased and has 188k miles on it. Not looking to get crazy with the mechanical work here but it did require a severe tuneup, i specifically wanted to check the timing belt on this thing while doing the valve adjustment. Visually the timing belt is in fantastic shape, its an OEM honda belt and the lettering is still very visible on the belt. However im just curious about the tension on the belt, when checking the play between the two cam gears on the top as seen in the photo below, there is some movement, more so in certain cam positions. And to my eyes, the exhaust cam sprocket appears to be 1 tooth different from the intake cam sprocket when the intake cam sprocket is pointing directly up (eyes only mind you).

now i know that this is an OEM belt and not a gates racing belt and that there is always gona bee some play over time given the stretch involved with high rpms, but my question is how much play should there be? I talked to someone who seems to be pretty mechanically inclined with his prelude that he tracks and he said it sounds pretty normal what im describing.
