I have a D16y8 head that has been ported, valves de-shrouded, full radius valve job, Back cut valves, comp cams valve springs, new valve seals exospeed stage 3 cam and skunk2 cam gear. The head also has z6 rocker arm assembly... the rockers are actually longer and produce more lift. Combustion chambers have been opened up to 36cc with bkr7e plugs.

I have roughly 1400 give or take invested in the head, 14k since rebuild.
100 y8 head
500 dollar port work
250 valve job
200 valve springs
250 cam
100 cam gear
30 valve seals

The head has seen some detonation in a couple cylinders, nothing major, but you can see it on the quench pads. I have used the head on another motor after that, and all is still good. The damage is purely cosmetic

I'm selling because I'm going f22 in my car now.

And 96 civic, how far along are you? lol. At this rate, you may be able get that money raised by the time this sells.
