Default after getting the car tuned it eats more gas!!! anyone have this issue also???

ok after getting my car tuned on a p28 ecu chip on chrome my car have been eating more gas. i used to get about 290-300 miles per tank averaging 30-32 mpg but now im getting only about 250-260 miles per tank averaging about 25-27 mpg. is this normal??? my driving conditions are still the same not always smashing and these miles are like 75% highway and 25% city driving. always shifting between 3k-3.5k rpm.

mods: b16a3 with itr cams, aem cai, dc header, 2.25" piping to itr muffler. tuned on p28 ecu with chrome.

Mines the same way, but not so bad, i probably lost about 1-3mpg but thats not a problem for me. I made 169.3whp at ctr dyno.
