chrome chipped obd2b to obd1 /tach problems

chrome chipped obd2b to obd1 /tach problems
okay so i have searched.
basically i have a 2000 integra LS
put a jumper harness and chrome chipped p28 with a ls map
the tach jumps after 6000 rpms and goes to zero and I dont know why
Tried 2 different computers,does the same thing.
from what I searched they said check the igniter connection
however the tach works fine with the stock obd2b p75
so I dont see why it could eb the igniter.
any suggestions ?
