Can someone please explain to me how to get to the vss on my 91 teg, it is stock with an auto trans. Through the top of the motor? Or do I jack it up and get to it from the bottom? It was a piece of cake on my civic but that car is a 98 and has a man. trans. Thanx in advance-Will

 

The VSS is on the transmission and should be able to be accessed from the top...if you've done it before on a civic then it should be in a similar location.

Of course you might have to take some intake bits off or maybe move some things around to give you more room.

 

If I could at least SEE IT, that would really help.

 

just follow the black cable line to the tranny.it should be below the intake.

 

i am possibly purchasing an automatic '90 integra tonight, so if it happens ill try and get a pic up for you if i have time lol

 

Ok I think I got it, does it have 2 rubber lines attached to it with clamps?
