It is in 9.0/10 condition. Black shift pattern with red "R". It is pretty heavy unlike the USDM ITR aluminum *****, almost 1 lbs.

Yes, the shift pattern is modified. It does need a nut to keep the **** straight on the shifter, but doesn't come with one. The OEM nut costs a couple of dollars from the dealership.
