Default Weird Axle Problem ... HELP

Long story short I have a b16a in my crx with a 90 integra intermediate shaft and 90 axles. I got a brand new replacement axle from NAPA for the drivers side because the old one was ripped. The car had no problems before replacing the axle but it now has a vibration under load. I returned the axle and got another and did not make a difference. Ireplaced the intermediate shaft with another and the problem did not go away either. There seems to be up and down play at the intermediate shaft and the inner joint of the drivers axle. Do you think there was some kind of error in the machining of the axle? It fits in and stays put but it seems like there is still play. Any help would be great cause I am sick of trying to fix things and ending out with more problems!

I believe your hub bearing is the problem.

Yea but there shouldn't be any play between the inner cv joint and the intermediate shaft. It seems a little to coincidental that the hub bearing went bad after an axle install.

yea I might get a set of hasport axles since they make good stuff. The vibration is subtle but can feel it in the seat more than the steering wheel. Just a pain to know I cant punch it without vibrations

Well i went to pep boys to get another axle and it was in stock. Came home to put it in and compared it to the one on the car. Was about an inch and a half too short!!! Wrong axle. This is now th 6th time I have had my axle out and now Im done with cheap part stores.
