people on a local forum are telling me my r is sick as it tops out at 150kmh in third and reaches 190kmh redlining 4th


talked to a few other r owners and they seem clueless, i have a jdm itr, is it the wrong gearbox in my car?

do the type r come with quick ratio gearboxes?

is this accurate? with 195 50 15 im getting 95.88mph in third, thats how much kmph again?

yup, thats what im getting in third! so nothing wrong with my car then *phew*

 

It doesn't matter what size tire you use, the speedo will always read the same mph/kph at a given rpm in a given gear.

Now as far as what speed you're actually going, that's a different story....
