Default Help! Troube with my Tranny on my DA

hey ht...im having an annoying and serious problem with my 92 integra GSR right now..
Here's the problem: When i drive my car for more than like 30 minutes, the tranny gets really hard, and its hard to switch gears, especially to go into 1st..i don't think its the tranny because it doesnt grind or anything like that...and its weird cause when the car is cold, it doesn't do that problem...And when i was stuck in traffic one time, the gears got so hard that i blew my clutch cable..PLEASE HELP,, WHAT DO I HAVE TO FIX? REPLACE?

Previoius Owner told me it was the pressure plate i had to replace
Other people said i have to replace the short shifter to the oem one

Here's my setup:

Jdm B16A with an LS tranny
Street Disc exedy clutch disc and act pressure plate..

troubleshoot start with the simple and then work your way up to the more complicated issue... make sure the cable isn't binding, check the trans fluid, then check the pressure plate, etc. good luck.
