Icon2 Help! Problem with my tranny on my DA

hey ht...im having an annoying and serious problem with my 92 integra GSR right now..
Here's the problem: When i drive my car for more than like 30 minutes, the tranny gets really hard, and its hard to switch gears, especially to go into 1st..i don't think its the tranny because it doesnt grind or anything like that...and its weird cause when the car is cold, it doesn't do that problem...And when i was stuck in traffic one time, the gears got so hard that i blew my clutch cable..PLEASE HELP,, WHAT DO I HAVE TO FIX? REPLACE?

Here's my setup:

Jdm B16A with an LS tranny
Street Disc exedy clutch disc and act pressure plate..

Have you tried tightening your clutch cable? maybe it's stretched out. Also, who was the last to put in fluid into that tranny?

theoretically if the car is warming up, heat is causing some difference in your shifting, whether the fluid is getting hot and the properties are being effected, something is now wrong with the transmission and heat is causing some expansion somehow or even in the clutch assembly..
