After cranking it and giving it gas after 10 cranks, does it smell like gas? How are the injectors? Have they been checked? I'm assuming you've checked the spark plugs and the firing order of the spark plug wires...
starting it just clicks when i turn the key i can hear it prime and once it starts smell heavy of gas the plugs and wires are new and in the right order its not always ten it verys sometime a few less it turns over on the first time it cranks it i had 2 codes one is 02 cause not hooked up and the other was slight misfire but just got done cap and rotor going to get them ran again tomorrow morning the injectors worked fine on last motor how do i go about checking them and does injector cleaner really work

So the main problem is that the starter won't crank the engine, right? Is the clicking sound from the starter or main relay? If from the main relay, check the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal. If from the starter, then have the starter itself tested.
alright its been a few days but have an update still doesn't work all the time i replaced fuse 15 and 17 in hopes of getting it to start up and for my fan to turn on that's a whole problem by its self on top of my clutch peddle i can feel what i believe is a hook up for a sensor but there's nothing plug into it the car was a auto to manual swap before i got it could this be the problem and if so why wouldn't it mess up like this before the new motor was put in it already had a ls when i got it
This could be a problem with the starter motor or solenoid getting power from the battery or even an ignition switch issue. Do you have a voltmeter or multimeter to do some troubleshooting?
yes i do have access to a few meters where and what do i test um no did not test the igniter i had the car timed at a shop right after the swap could the fact of having no wires attached to the top of my clutch peddle be causing this
being that is was an auto before the manual swap, the harness is still auto(im guessing) and it does not use the the clutch switch. make sure that the little 1/4 plug on top of the starter is clean and tight on the starter. mine seems to vibrate loose sometime. use some dielectric grease on it.
The starter has two wires attached to it. The large Blk wire comes directly from the battery. At the starter, you should measure battery voltage to engine ground on the wire. The second Blk/Wht wire is for the starter solenoid. It should have battery voltage to engine ground when the key is turned to ON(II), if the clutch switch is jumped.
Also check that the important ground wire on the tranny is clean and tight. If not, the starter won't crank.

alright ill try this when my dad gets home tomorrow so i can use his meter and are you talking bout the ground from tranny to the car cause i know thats good we triple checked them all but will clean and check again thanks for the ideas
If it turns over everytime and just wont start my guess would be the fuel pump relay is not working correctly. Turn the key to the on position and wait for the engine light to blink and you will hear a click then try to start it.
