I drive an '09 Fit Sport AT. I love the car and the gas milage, but there is an annoying rattle caused by the glove box door. Anyone fixed this / have this problem? I can't find an adjustment on the latch of the handle for the GB.

Line the opening with some weather stripping maybe? Should prevent rattle from a loose glovebox door, as it will be applying constant compression pressure on the weather stripping. Home Depot has "peel and stick" stuff...

 

this or put a cloth like a towel in there tightly and it will stop, what i doo on my egg with solid mounts

 

just wait til dealerships have the appropriate solution. your gonna start rigging your pretty much new car already?

 

It's probably the latch rattling against the latch striker, rather than the glove box rattling against the dash.

 

You are aware that a TSB for something like this would probably call for a piece of weather stripping to be stuck in there right?
