No power except to Hazards after Headgasket change!?

No power except to Hazards after Headgasket change!?
Car is a 91 accord 5spd
hey guys i just changed the headgasket and i put everything back together but i have no power anywhere, only thing that works are the Hazards, here is things i did:
Battery disconnected for 1 month
ECU fuse pulled and left out for 1 month
Painted Intake Manifold
Sprayed HG with copper spray (not sure maybe the block is grounded but the head is not now?)
I tried booster cables with another car, same thing
- No power at the alternator (not sure if there is supposed to be constant?)
- Power at the starter
- Thought maybe the T-stat is not grounded now? So i connected booster cables to the T-stat AND intake manifold, and ground them both to a good ground source, still nothing
Any help is appreciated!!
