will b18a head fit on a b18b lock?

will an older b18a ls head fit a b18b ls block? do i need to change any parts or do any mods? maybe switching some obd2 sensors and replacing it with my obd1 sensors? need some info on this...

well yeah it will fit perfect just use your intake manifold, throttle body, injectors, obd1 distributor
