can you get it so its street legal again?
how do you do this?
some people say u can fix that, others say u cannot
so someone please tell me about this

 

There are states where you can get a clean title through but IDK much beyond that.

 

I've gotten clean titles on a couple of Florida cars with "Certificates of Destruction" ... ran them through a friend in Kentucky. They will still have a previous salvage history on record, but at least you can get them tagged. There may be other states in which you can pull this off, but I know for a fact that Kentucky is one of them.

 

i just heard that pennsylvania washes out of state r titles, although i have not done it myself.

On the side note.
If this is just trying to get the car registered so you can drive it. good luck.
on the other hand if your trying to clean up the title so it can be sold.
All I have to say is I'm glad carfax is around.

im in the same boat ive heard of bonded titles can make them clean and having a lean on it can get you a salvate title
