NON Repairable Title?

I've gotten clean titles on a couple of Florida cars with "Certificates of Destruction" ... ran them through a friend in Kentucky. They will still have a previous salvage history on record, but at least you can get them tagged. There may be other states in which you can pull this off, but I know for a fact that Kentucky is one of them.
On the side note.
If this is just trying to get the car registered so you can drive it. good luck.
on the other hand if your trying to clean up the title so it can be sold.
