Default Burning oil ? valve cover gasket ? Need HELP PLEASE ;(

Ok, Here's the deal. I bought another gsr 4 door integra. (1994) The motor seems to run quiet with NO taps or anything odd, Here's my concern. When i pull spark plug wire number 4 Theres oil down in there? Whats causing that? and could that reflect, when i check my oil and it beeing lower then it should? I bought the car 3 days ago and it seemd to use a lil bit of oil in 3 day's. Also. I smell a burning oil smell (not bad and rarley). and the car has a straight pipe no cat, could that cause the smell? or could it be the oil in the plug wire. My main question is, How do i fix the Oil in the spark pplug wire. and would that stop the car from losing oil.? and possibly the smell

and the car has NO BLOW bye when you take the oil cap off at idle. Is that good?
Thanks ahead.

i would check and make sure all the bolts are torqued correctly first.

get a new valve cover gasket set. the round gaskets are more than likely hard from time. Once hard they dont seal. dont forget to use a dab of RTV sealant in th corners on the head by the cam seals.

pretty sure the valve cover gasket would have nothing to do with oil around the spark plugs, they have their own seals. There is a full valve cover kit at inlinefour.com for like 45$ for all the seals

The valvecover gasket set includes the four oring seals that seal off the spark plug tubes. You can't buy the tube gaskets separately. If you were local I'd give you one.

valve cover gasket bro.... but you still shouldnt see a difference in oil level if its only leaking from there... there still might be something else ....

well vtec= floor it, so the answer is yes you do see smoke when you vtec lol it could be the oil control rings that are going, you can still have good compression since the compression rings are ok

its the shitty sludge and deposits that clog up the rings causing them not to work good,, so if you ALWAYS change your oil yuor engine can last really long..

def valve cover gasket and spark plug tube rings....

oil could be dripping down slowly from the bad valve cover gasket causing the smell...

seems these things warp very easily, i just need a valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seal job on mine and torqued it to spec and it was leaking out of the front by the #4 exhaust cam lobes, dont know why, but i torqued it down further to 90inch pounds and it stopped.
