Default Radio Swap

So I have a 93 dx coupe with the oem honda civic radio. The display doesnt work and one of the ***** is broken. Im not looking for anything fancy, just something that has a working display. It doesnt even need to play cds. My question is, someone is selling a stock radio from a 01 accord and I was wondering if this would work in my car? Are there any other Honda oem radios that swap right into a 93 without modification or extra wiring? Thanks all!

I'd try a local junk yard. The one near me has a **** ton of radios in the main office for like 10 bones. They even come with codes. Try that. I dunno if that 01 Accord radio will fit......let alone wire up correctly. GL man.

Yeah, Check the junkyard... I doubt the 01 accord has the same wiring as a 93 civic

Junkyard first....walmart second. You can get a very basic radio deck for 30 bux or less. It will sound fine through stock speakers. Very easy install too. We installed one on my buddy's 4runner under the hood while he was asleep so it would play hanson at full volume while he drove(funny prank btw). took us 15 minutes to install.
