car lost power and started to bog on the way home. HELP!!
95 gsr with 133kmiles.
ok, well i was just driving home from work just now, about a 25mile drive. before i left it started up fine and drove fine. there was traffic on the freeway because of the accident so i was going pretty slow, and when it cleared up i smashed to 75mph. i was about 7 mile away from home and i down shifted at a turn and it felt kinda weird like it was losing power. then i got to the exit and kept in neutral and gave it a lil gas and it was bogging. luckily i got home and at the parking lot i gave it some more gas and when it dropped to idle it cut of. i tried to start it up but nothing. so i popped tha hood, then sure enough, one of my spark plug wires wasnt plugged up to the cap. so i plugged it and thought that was it, and went to start it and still nothing. could my plug just be clogged by fuel from it not sparking? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah man...may be flooded...You can always take all of your plugs out and check. Make sure you are getting a spark. You may also want to open the Distributor cap and check the rotor.
A few years ago, I was driving on the interstate and my car completely shut off on me. I had it towed and I replaced the battery, replaced the ignition module, checked the fuel pump, changed the fuel filter, checked if I had spark, opened the cap and found the rotor broken and replaced it..... still would not turn over. I left it there for a week and drove my other car and decided to see what would happen.... It started!! Good luck
