We have a 95 teg that does not want to start....there is spark....fuel at the rail..... but the after€ cranking it a few times.... the plugs are still dry...another thing is... everytime we try and start it. It blows the ECU FUSE underneath the hood. This my friends car and when he installed the fuel pump. He shorted it out somehow.... Could the ECU be fried?

 

there might be something grounding out and blowing that fuse.

 

thats kinda wut i was thinking..... But wut would be grounding out....hmmm?

 

Anyone have any ideas as to why it would blow the ECU fuse under the hood once u turn the key the 2nd position?
