Should I go with 3 inch or 2.5? What are some of the exhausts you guys are running with your drag III's, thanks!

 

The most popular, would be the Thermal 3 inch.

I'm running custom 3" piping with n1 muffler..i like it

 

If you go custom don't forget to buy a resonator to avoid a whiny rattle at certain RPM

 

I agree, I have the Thermal and its a really nice piece. Its all stainless mandrel bent... Go with that if u can.

 

My drag gen 3 is coming in soon from the GB by honda driven. I'm getting a custom 3" DP run into my 3" carsound cat then i guess into my aftermarket resonator then back to my Ractive muffler. Does anyone know the inlet on the back of those 5Zigen looking Ractive mufflers? I just hope I can complete this 3" custom exhaust all the way back.

There have been so many posts on what exhaust people should buy. Please do a search first. The most popular choice among H-Ters is the Thermal 3".

 

FWIW I recently got to see and hear the 3" thermal cat-back on a 4 door GSR with the Drag III kit. We did a 2.5" flared to 3" mandrel bent DP, into a 3" Carsound cat, then onto the Thermal cat-back. The fit and finish of the exhaust is very nice, good quality, great fit, good size tip etc. I actually never heard it at WOT, but at idle and revving it in neautral it was very smooth, and DEEP.
