Default Help setting up Neptunes Boost By Gear with Solenoid and Switch???

Okay turbo lsvtec setup already tuned.

Everything was sold minus the solenoid and switch.

Vacuum is def on right.

Can anyone explaing to me what pins does the Boost Solenoid get pinned into a P75 VTEC Converted Neptunes PWM boost by gear setup and where does this switch come into play?

One of the wires goes to A11 on the ECU. The other goes to a switched voltage.

Switch can be used for high/low boost settings, but it is not needed.

Okay so on my switch I do 12v constant, ground and load. Load runs to one of the wires on the Solenoid. Then the other wire runs to the ECU which is EGR output A11 even though its a p75. Okay I did that and the car doesnt want to run past 9 psi

Is the solenoid to be turned on at all times???

The setup was running fine a few months ago and then we changed shells when the setup was purchased.

JDM LS/V
JE 9.5.1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
ACL Bearings
Micro Crank

GSR Head
Ti Springs n Retainers
ITR Cams

Basic Turbo Kit Pieced together. 35R 1000cc RC

Tuned on P75 Converted to VTEC Neptune PWM Boost By Gear

In 1st gear the car revs strong to about 5000 RPM under full throttler and builds 5-9 lbs of boost but hits like a rev limiter....or boost cut.

Second gear under full throttle the boost climbs to 9 PSI around 3500 at around 4500-5000 it spiked to about 19lbs of boost which it started picking up speed fast! then it hits a wall around 5500.

Third gear under full throttle the car sounds like the turbo is spooling like **** to about 9000 RPM but its hesitating to make power and it feels like the car is missing and cutting in and out at 5000 it rev limits

By now I just shut it down. This is with the AEM Boost solenoid connected to a 12V from battery and A11.

Then tried using a switch for 12V Ground and Loading the Boost Solenoid with the switch on. Still the same.

I am 100% sure vacuum is good and solenoid is good I can blow through it when switched on.

The car is building a consistant 9lbs of boost and blowing off hard!

Under 75% throttle the car in 1st gear revs past 5000 RPM to about 7500 and VTEC engages.
It seems under partial throttle the car revs perfectly fine since boost isnt really being made.

NO CELs

I do not understand load.

Does your ECU have the EGR curcuit added to it? Reread what I said about wiring up the solenoid.

a switch for high/low is not needed.

Did you enable it in the software?

Sounds like you have boost cut set at 19psi or so.

It kinda sounds like you are having a ignition break up but I dunno.

can you do a screen shot of your settings in the boost controller tab in neptune?

Load is the transfer of 12vs to the solenoid from the switch.

It was tuned on boost by gear from what i was told.
He said there was a switch used for wastegate and then high boost and the ecu has boost by gear

A switch in between the solenoid and the 12v source? That is a little weird.

You will need to do a screen shot of somethingto see if your boost settings are correct.
